Cancellation Policy

Please book a 15-minute session with our optician at our showroom that you visited to purchase the glasses, and get the final fitting service at no charge. When you arrive at the building for your appointment, locate 'Breezm Eyewear' in the intercom directory using the arrow signs and ring the bell. Our staff will promptly assist you upon entry. If you plan to be accompanied by someone else, kindly provide us with their name and email address at least one day before your visit. This will enable us to register them in advance.
