Thanks for your interest in Breezm! There are a few things that you may want to know for a seamless experience with us: 1. The reservation fee of $5 helps us prevent no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours, which can result in lost opportunities for other customers. We understand that plans can change, so if you decide to change or cancel your booking, we kindly ask to do so at least 24 hours prior to your visit. If you visit us at the pop-up, we are happy to refund this fee, regardless of your purchase. 2. Please bring your current prescriptions AND the glasses you're wearing with you, especially if you're wearing progressive lenses. This would help our optician recommend suitable lens options for you. 3. When you arrive at the building for your appointment, locate 'Breezm Eyewear' in the intercom directory using the arrow signs and ring the bell. Our staff will promptly assist you upon entry. 4. If you plan to be accompanied by someone else, kindly provide us with their name and email address at least one day before your visit. This will enable us to register them in advance. 5. To ensure we can accommodate all our customer, we kindly hold each reservation for 10 minutes. If you anticipate that you may arrive late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make every effort to adjust your reservation time.
